Happy Feet is the best animated movie i’ve watched this year. Great graphics, unique characters, innovative soundtrack, and interesting storyline. It is a movie that attracts both adults and kids and has the power to make us laugh and cry at the same time. I think different age group of people relate to the story and characters differently.

IMO, the movie is about courage, standing up for your beliefs but i think the main theme is about individuality and embracing your own identity. Mumble was different from the rest of the penguins, but he never fails to be himself, and the penguins all looked the same, but each character has its own distinct personality. The individuality of the penguins reflects back on ourselves; all of us look different, but we tend to act like somebody else rather than be ourselves- when we put all our fears aside.

Being brought up in a society where being different is considered abnormal and freaky, i find this movie very interesting. I would highly recommend this movie for everyone, esspecially young adults or people with some experience of the world will be able to relate to the story a lot better.
